​Nulife Nutrition Services®, LLC in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans; and is happy to work with clients who would like to use another insurance company through superbills. 

If Nulife Nutrition Services®, LLC, is out-of-network with your insurance company, sessions may still be covered. Upon request, a superbill can be provided. A superbill, is an itemized form of services provided. Payment is due, from you, at the time of service, after which a superbill is provided to you for submission to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Please note that a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement and in many cases a mental health diagnosis code is required for eating disorder nutrition care reimbursement.
