Payment Method:

Nulife Nutrition accepts cash, check, credit/debit cards, HSA and FSA cards. A credit/debit card, on file, is required to secure an appointment. 

Accepted Insurance: 

​Nulife Nutrition Services®, LLC in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans; and is happy to work with clients who would like to use another insurance company through superbills. 

If Nulife Nutrition Services®, LLC, is out-of-network with your insurance company, sessions may still be covered. Upon request, a superbill can be provided. A superbill, is an itemized form of services provided. 
Payment is due, from you, at the time of service, after which a superbill is provided to you for submission to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Please note that a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement and in many cases a mental health diagnosis code is required for eating disorder nutrition care reimbursement. 

For those who wish to use their insurance, we do ask that you verify your benefits BEFORE your appointment with Nulife Nutrition Services®, LLC. There are step-by-step instructions linked on the "Verify My Insurance Benefits"page.
