Cancellation or No Show Policy & Fee

NuLife Nutrition Services®, LLC sends a  reminder email, text, and/or voicemail, 48-24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Emails and text messages are sent to the contact data provided, by you, when setting up the initial appointment.

We ask that all cancelation are made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment 24 hours from your scheduled appointment, central standard time, or if you no-show, you will be charged. You will be responsible for the entire rate of the session. This is because that time slot cannot be filled without prior notice, and insurance cannot be billed. Insurance does not cover cancelation or no show fees, if you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance you will personally be responsible for the cost of the reserved session.

A more in-depth cancellation policy will be provided to you in your Client Portal, when you schedule you first appointment.
