Cancellation or No Show Policy & Fee
NuLife Nutrition Services, sends a reminder email, text message, or voicemail 48-24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Emails and texts are sent to the contact data provided when setting up the initial appointment.
Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you fail to cancel, you’ll be charged the full session rate. This is because the time slot can’t be filled without prior notice, and insurance can’t be billed. Insurance doesn’t cover cancellation or no-show fees.
A more detailed cancellation policy will be in your Client Portal when you schedule your first appointment.
